Miss Janet Lee Zook, 57, Lexington, NC, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in Winston-Salem, NC after a sudden illness.

Janet was born August 3, 1954 to Edwin David Zook and Doris Jean Carter Zook. Her early life was spent in Orrville, OH and for the past 20 years she had lived in Lexington, NC. She was an avid fan of Cleveland and Ohio State Sports teams.

Surviving are one daughter, Diana Zook Henderson, Manchester, NH, two brothers, David Zook and his wife Teresa, Lexington, NC and Donald Zook, Orrville, OH.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
